For 2020, i made a tentative plan for a new release every 15 days or so. Little did i know that my efforts would be aided by a pandemic-induced lockdown, and the attendant shortage of work... in any case, here is what will probably be the penultimate effort (assuming that i make another release for the Winter Solstice; i'd like to, but we'll have to see if i can get the music together for that).

All of this music was made by layering improvs, with nothing written or planned in advance, and each part of every track being a single take from start to finish with no do-overs, punch-ins or edits... basically the same method of doing things as if i was playing with a live ensemble and reacting to what was happening in the room in real time, or as close to that as i can get considering the methodology needed to make that happen as a solo artist.

i play 6, 7, and 8 string guitars, (mostly .strandberg* Boden models), as well as fretted 4, 5, and 6 string basses and fretless bass also (4 string only).
