Some soulful and jazzy stuff, but not really straight ahead ...
because i am a jazzbrat (thanks, Tanya)! :)

All of the music on this album was made by layering improvs... nothing was written/composed in advance. i might just have a vague idea for a melodic theme or a chord sequence to start out with, but that's as far as that goes. i just hit the record button and see what happens, and i didn't do any punch-ins or edits either; each individual part for a given track is one single take from start to finish, just as if i was jamming with a live band, except that the other musicians are me and myself ...
i hope that you will enjoy the result!

i am mainly a solo artist, but i also do some collaborative work from time to time.
i play 6, 7, and 8 string guitars, (mostly .strandberg* Boden models), as well as fretted 4, 5, and 6 string basses and fretless bass also (4 string only).
