Much as we would often like to be elsewhere... we can only be where we are on the path, and looking ahead or behind isn't all that productive either.
We need to make our peace with the moment because now is all that we really have.
As some small comfort, we can also know that the sun will eventually set on even the worst day imaginable, and a new one will begin.
